I d I was in charge of creating the concept, high poly model, low poly model, UV mapping, and textures.
I blocked out the shape in 3Dsmax then took it to zbrush.
Then I used 3D coat to create the low poly model and the UV's.
I used substance painter to create the textures.
I rendered the posed model in Marmoset.
